Terms and Conditions

1. Subscription Terms & The 60-Day Decision Window

All service tiers operate on a minimum 3-month access cycle. Your engagement begins with a specialized initial term designed to ensure a successful fit:

• Initial Payment: You are charged only the quarterly subscription fee at the time of purchase.
• Deferred Onboarding Fee: The standard onboarding fee ($15,000) is deferred during your first term as a courtesy.
• The 60-Day Window: You have sixty (60) days from your initial purchase date to request a cancellation of your service agreement.
• Onboarding Waiver: If a cancellation request is received within this 60-day window, the deferred onboarding fee is waived in full.
• Fee Finalization: If no cancellation request is received within the first 60 days, the onboarding fee becomes non-refundable and will be automatically applied to your second quarterly invoice.

2. Ongoing Renewal & Cancellation Notice

To maintain operational continuity, all subsequent 3-month access cycles are subject to the following renewal terms:

• Thirty-Day Notice: Written notice of cancellation must be received at least 30 days prior to the next billing date.
• Automatic Renewal: If notice is provided less than 30 days before the current term expires, the agreement will automatically renew for the upcoming 3-month term, and the quarterly fee will be charged in full.
• Term Commitment: Once a term has renewed, all quarterly fees are non-refundable, and no partial credits are issued for mid-term cancellations.

3. The Foundation Services

Advanced tiers include full access to our operational ecosystem and continuity protocols at no additional cost. These services are integrated into your access term to ensure the integrity of our strategic modeling engines.
