    Refund and Cancellation Policy

    Effective Date: June 1, 2026 Last Updated: June 1, 2026 This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to all products and services purchased through revenuepartnerpros.com, including subscription plans, project-based and advisory services, financial models, frameworks, and compliance services. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing. 1. Subscription Plans 45-Day Full Refund Guarantee All subscription plans include a 45-day full refund period from the date of first payment. If you are not satisfied with your subscription for any reason during the first 45 days, contact us at customercare@revenuepartnerpros.net and we will issue a full refund with no questions asked. The deferred onboarding fee, if applicable, is also waived in full if you cancel within the 45-day refund period. Cancellation After 45 Days After the 45-day refund period, subscriptions may be cancelled by providing written notice to RPP at least 30 days prior to the end of your current billing cycle. To cancel: Send written notice to customercare@revenuepartnerpros.net with the subject line “Cancellation Notice” and include your Client ID and the subscription plan(s) you are cancelling. Your cancellation will be confirmed in writing within two (2) business days. Subscriptions cancelled after the 45-day refund period are not eligible for a refund of the current billing cycle. Your access to services will continue through the end of the paid period. Billing Cycle and Minimum Term Subscriptions are billed quarterly in 3-month increments. The minimum engagement term is one full billing cycle (3 months). Cancellation requests submitted with less than 30 days notice before the next billing cycle will take effect at the end of the following cycle. 2. A La Carte and Project-Based Services Project-based deliverables (financial models, frameworks, ASC 606 analyses, compliance documentation) are custom-scoped engagements. The following terms apply: Before work begins: Full refund available if you cancel before RPP has commenced work on your engagement. After work has commenced: Refunds are prorated based on the percentage of work completed at the time of cancellation. RPP will provide a written accounting of work completed and the applicable refund amount within five (5) business days of the cancellation request. Upon delivery: No refund is available once a deliverable has been delivered and accepted. If you believe a deliverable does not meet the agreed scope of work, contact us within 10 business days of delivery to request a revision or dispute resolution. 3. Advisory and Consulting Sessions Purchased advisory session hours are valid for 90 days from the date of purchase. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be forfeited. Sessions cancelled with 24 or more hours notice will be rescheduled or credited to your account. Unused hours after the 90-day expiration are non-refundable. 4. Non-Refundable Items The following are non-refundable under all circumstances: Onboarding fees after the 45-day guarantee period Delivered and accepted project-based deliverables Advisory session hours cancelled with less than 24 hours notice Advisory session hours that have expired (after 90 days) Any subscription billing cycle that has already commenced, outside the 45-day guarantee window 5. How to Request a Refund To request a refund, email customercare@revenuepartnerpros.net with the subject line “Refund Request” and include: Your full name and company name Your Client ID (found in your onboarding confirmation email) The product or service for which you are requesting a refund The reason for your request RPP will respond within three (3) business days. Approved refunds are processed within seven (7) business days to the original payment method. Bank transfer refunds may take 5–10 additional business days to appear depending on your financial institution. 6. Disputes If you believe a charge was made in error or you have a dispute regarding billing, contact us at customercare@revenuepartnerpros.net within 30 days of the charge. We will investigate and respond within five (5) business days. Initiating a chargeback before contacting RPP directly may result in suspension of your account pending resolution. 7. Changes to This Policy RPP reserves the right to update this Refund and Cancellation Policy. Active clients will be notified of material changes at least 30 days in advance via email to their registered address. 8.
