    Last Updated: June 1, 2026

Revenue Partner Pros, LLC (“RPP,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to protecting the privacy and confidentiality of the information entrusted to us by our clients. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you visit our website at revenuepartnerpros.com or use any of our services.

RPP provides services exclusively to businesses and business professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal information from consumers or individuals acting in a personal capacity.

    • Financial data and business records submitted by clients through our secure intake portal (Files.com) for the purpose of delivering contracted services
    • Communications you send to us via email or contact forms
    • Payment information processed through our payment processor (Shopify Payments). RPP does not store payment card numbers — all payment processing is handled by PCI-compliant third parties.

    Information Collected Automatically

    • Website usage data including pages visited, time spent, and referring URLs
    • Device and browser information
    • IP address and approximate geographic location
    • Cookie and tracking data as described in our Cookie Policy

    Client Financial Data

Financial records, general ledger data, contracts, and other business documents submitted by clients are treated as confidential client data. This data is used exclusively to deliver contracted services and is never used for marketing, sold to third parties, or shared outside of the delivery of your engagement.

    2. How We Use Your Information

    • To deliver the financial intelligence services you have purchased or engaged us to provide
    • To process payments and manage your account
    • To communicate with you regarding your engagement, service updates, and support
    • To send service-related notices (onboarding, scheduling, deliverable availability)
    • To improve our website and service offerings
    • To comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements
    • To respond to your inquiries and requests

We do not use your information for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects.

    3. How We Share Your Information

RPP does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share information only in the following limited circumstances:

    • Service providers: Third-party vendors who assist in delivering our services, including Shopify (payments), Microsoft Azure (cloud infrastructure and data processing), Files.com (secure file ingestion), and Microsoft Power BI (dashboard delivery). These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data and may not use it for any purpose other than providing services to RPP.
    • Legal compliance: When required by law, court order, or governmental authority, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of RPP, our clients, or others.
    • Business transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or substantially all of our assets, with prior notice to affected clients.

Client financial data is never shared with any third party outside the service delivery chain described above.

    4. Data Security

RPP implements industry-standard technical and organizational safeguards to protect your information, including:

    • Encrypted data transmission (TLS/HTTPS) for all web and API communications
    • Secure file ingestion through Files.com with access controls and audit logging
    • Microsoft Azure enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure with role-based access controls
    • Power BI Premium Per User (PPU) with row-level security for client dashboard isolation
    • Restricted internal access to client financial data on a need-to-know basis

No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we use commercially reasonable measures to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

    5. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as necessary to deliver contracted services and fulfill legal obligations:

    • Client financial data: Retained for the duration of your active engagement plus seven (7) years to comply with applicable accounting and tax record-keeping requirements.
    • Account and contact information: Retained for the duration of your account plus three (3) years after account closure.
    • Payment records: Retained as required by Shopify Payments and applicable financial regulations.
    • Communications: Retained for three (3) years from the date of the communication.

Upon written request and subject to our legal retention obligations, we will delete your personal information within 30 days.

    6. Payment Processing

All payment transactions are processed by Shopify Payments, a PCI DSS-compliant payment processor. RPP does not store, transmit, or have access to your full payment card numbers. By making a purchase, you are also subject to Shopify’s Privacy Policy, available at shopify.com/legal/privacy.

Bank transfer and ACH payments are handled directly. RPP collects only the minimum banking information necessary to process the transfer and does not store this information beyond the processing period.

    7. International Data Transfers

RPP is based in Indianapolis, Indiana, United States. If you are accessing our services from outside the United States, please be aware that your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States. For clients in the European Economic Area (EEA) or United Kingdom, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or other legally recognized transfer mechanisms where required.

Our website uses cookies and similar tracking technologies. See our separate Cookie Policy for a full description of the cookies we use, their purpose, and how to manage your preferences.

    11. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
